Authorised companies or induviduals 

The Danish Maritime Authority authorises companies or individuals to carry out approval work and examinations, etc. of ships, marine equipment and other products on behalf of the Danish Maritime Authority.

The work is carried out under responsibility to the Danish Maritime Authority.

Please read this handbook carefully before submitting the application.

In order to be authorised, this application shall be forwarded to the Danish Maritime Authority either by post or mail.

When work has been carried out on behalf of the Danish Maritime Authority in accordance with this authorisation system, this form must be used. The form shall be kept by the authorised and hold on board.
