Before we can begin the case processing and approval procedures of the ships, please fill out the relevant forms below.

For registration of your Company in Denmark, please fill the form r13 or r14 (the one which is relevant for your company).

For registration of the vessels, please fill one "Notification form" and one "Registration form s21", one set for each vessel, the forms shall be signed and send in paper copy to DMA's adress as stated on the form s21.

Declaration regarding asbestos shall always be filled in!

Application concerning Bunkers certificate depends on the size of the ship.
