Improved overview: Two important maritime acts in new versions
The Danish Maritime Authority has promulgated two new consolidated acts, namely the Act on Safety at Sea and the Merchant Shipping Act.
Both consolidated acts have been consolidated with the various amending acts that have entered into force in recent years.
The two new consolidated acts will make it easier to get an overview of and search after the relevant information.

Consolidated Act no. 654 of 15 June 2010 on Safety at Sea
Consolidated Act no. 856 of 1 July 2010 of the Merchant Shipping Act.
