Marine accident report - Injury while using angle grinder
Injury to seafarer on board the merchant ship Uno where a ships assistant seriously injured his hand while using an angle grinder.
The Division for Investigation of Maritime Accidents has published a report of an injury to a seafarer on board the merchant ship UNO on 22 March 2010. At the accident a ships assistant got his hand seriously injured while removing cargo stoppers with a defect angle grinder.
