New leaflet makes it easier for foreign shipping companies to flag in to Denmark
Now the Danish Maritime Authority publishes a leaflet with guidance for European shipping companies that would like to fly the Danish flag.
Danish shipping is characterized by high quality, an international outlook and a good ability to innovate. Several foreign shipping companies have become aware of these strengths, and this has created an increased need for information about flying the Danish flag.
Consequently, the Danish Maritime Authority has made a leaflet with answers to the many questions that a shipping company may have if it would like to be admitted to the Danish International Ship Register and fly the Danish flag. The material is especially aimed at shipping companies from European countries.
