Supplement to the marine accident report Maersk Ngujima-Yin’s fire/explosion
The Division for Investigation of Maritime Accidents has made out a supplement to the report regarding the explosion and fire which occurred on board Maersk Ngujima-Yin off the Northwest coast of Australia in April 2009.
