The assignment comprises of two elements:
- Drafting the war insurance terms and conditions for the Danish War Insurance Institute for Ships.
- Drafting the text of an agreement regarding the delegation of the administration of the Danish War Insurance Institute for Ships to a marine insurance company.
The procurement process consists of two stages: an indication of interest stage and a selection stage. Interested, qualified bidders submit their expressions of interest. Based on the selection criteria specified in the announcement, the Danish Maritime Authority will select 2–3 companies to submit a formal tender for the assignment.
