All forms can be found on the Danish Maritime Authorities website.
Unfortunately it has not been possible to issue new forms for reporting on paper adapted to digital ship registration. New forms will as soon as possible be issued as soon as possible and will then be accessible on the homepage. Until then the old forms may be used. There are however notifications for which no old forms exist. In the situation please contact the Register of Shipping.
Forms under item 2 can all be signed with a digital signature.
All forms can be printed and signed by hand. Remember to indicate that it has not been signed with a digital signature when a form under 2 is printed.
