The website is back online following a security incident affecting our service provider. Some pages and features may still not work as expected. We are working to resolve the issues.
The Danish Maritime Authority is now working to get a draft prepared together with the working group on the Danish MSP. Once the draft is ready, it has to be environmentally assessed and sent into consultation, both nationally and internationally in accordance with the Espoo-convention.
According to the political agreement the consultation should begin no later than the 30th of September.
The Danish Maritime Authority is looking forward to receiving consultation responses on the amendment in both consultation processes.
